EWB-USA’s 2013 Annual Report illustrates that engineering change truly is a team effort. Through the combined efforts of our generous donors, our passionate volunteers, and our dedicated community partners we are building a better world.
This combined effort translates to basic human needs being met through 684 projects in 39 countries. But the impact that these projects made in 2013 reaches far beyond one calendar year. The 2013 Annual Report details how we took major strides to ensure that our projects are more sustainable than ever. These efforts increase the likelihood that the solutions built in communities like Gomoa Gyaman in Ghana and Las Pilitas in El Salvador can be maintained long after our five-year commitment is fulfilled.
