| The project will either optimize the village's water storage capabilities or improve the sanitary conditions of the village. The Rugerero survivor's village has expressed need in both of these areas. An EWB assessment will determine which of these projects will prove most feasible. All work in the village will be supported by students from Thomas Jefferson Medical College, the International Red Cross and the Executive Secretary of Rugerero. |
