Lesson Plans

Plans are based on a current NY Professional Chapter dam project in Cambodia

Information downloaded by anyone to use from JETS.  No “formal” control of how or where it is used.

Annual Design Challenge

Open ended design challenges based on a real community’s needs.  Designed as 3 to 6 month project in a science fair format.

Registration required. Activity Fall through about February.  Project proposals judged by EWB, JETS and community.  Schools may be invited to the EWB conference. Proposals may used community.

Official EWB Pre-College Chapter

Pre-College EWB Chapter to work on EWB projects under sponsorship of college or professional chapter. Pre-college schools may encourage to partner with each other.

Sponsorship & guidance by professional or university chapter required. The pre-college chapter required to follow EWB rules & regulations. Formal legal agreements required.

Informal associations

Informal programs & activities for pre-college provided by EWB Chapters

Chapters are encouraged to be creative and share their experiences with the EWB community.
