Engineers Without Borders USA (EWB-USA) is currently developing a comprehensive plan to monitor our projects, evaluate their functionality, assess the overall impact of our work in our partner communities, and use the resulting data to continue to learn more effective ways to deliver our mission. In the fall of 2011, an independent review was conducted of a sample of EWB-USA projects in Guatemala. This report presents the findings of the evaluation and our organizational response outlining the planned approach to addressing the ideas presented.

Engineers Without Borders USA (EWB-USA), a non-profit humanitarian organization, and Autodesk, the leader in cloud-based design and engineering software , launched a new joint campaign on November 27, 2012 to improve the lives of people around the world through the “You Get, Autodesk Gives” campaign.
Through this campaign, Autodesk gives US$1 to EWB-USA when users sign up for a free Autodesk 360 account. Autodesk 360 is a cloud-based platform that provides access to storage, a collaboration workspace and cloud services for users to improve the way they design, visualize, simulate and share their work with others.
July, 13 | BEAZLEY GROUP PROVIDES DESIGN PROFESSIONAL CONTINUING EDUCATION PROGRAMS TO SUPPORT EWB-USA
Beazley Group, a global insurer of design professionals, has announced its support of EWB-USA by providing recorded webinars of the Beazley-insured continuing education programs. The Beazley programs will be hosted on behalf of EWB-USA for access by design professionals in need of professional development and continuing education credits for professional licensing. The recorded programs will be hosted by Contract Solutions Group. Initially, more than 10 hours of training will be available for purchase. A significant portion of the revenue from these Beazley programs will support EWB-USA activities after covering the costs of hosting. The programs can be viewed at www.contractsolutionsgroup.net
