The EWB-USA Premier Chapter Awards recognize outstanding EWB-USA student and professional chapters that meet the ideals of a successful EWB-USA chapter. These ideals include excellence in organization, fundraising and public relations, engagement in mentor/mentee relationship and chapter and regional participation.

The EWB-USA University of Minnesota Chapter is dedicated to strengthening the capacity of both their members and their partnering communities in Bolivia, Guatemala and Uganda. By working closely with their local professional chapter, the EWB-USA University of Minnesota Chapter has been able to tackle more technically challenging projects.

In addition to their work abroad, the EWB-USA University of Minnesota Chapter’s leadership and fundraising efforts set a high standard of excellence. Through dedication, consistency and creativity, the chapter has worked diligently to fund and progress their projects around the world.

EWB-USA Washington, D.C. Professional Chapter
The EWB-USA Washington, D.C. Professional Chapter is brimming with enthusiastic and dedicated members who actively engage in EWB-USA’s mission on multiple levels. The chapter’s firm foundation is built on good leadership, engineering expertise, and efficient chapter operations, which ensure the successful implementation of their projects in Cameroon, El Salvador and Panama.

The EWB-USA Washington, D.C. Professional Chapter brings a wealth of technical expertise and seasoned project management professionals to bear in solving complex problems. But their reach extends far beyond their own chapter. The chapter embodies the spirit of collaboration by providing sound guidance for EWB-USA chapters at The George Washington University, Catholic University, Howard University and Pittsburgh University.
