Please note that these rates are subject to local and state tax that is currently 14.6%. Tax rate is subject to change without notice.
There is a $20.00 rental fee plus applicable tax per night for a rollaway bed.
Children 17 years and under may share the same room with parents at no additional charge.
Your room rates will be in effect three days prior to your major arrival date and three days following your major departure date. Guest rooms requested on dates other than
those listed above will be accepted on an availability basis.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME:
Rooms may not be ready for occupancy until after 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Checkout time is 12:00 noon.
CUT OFF DATE:
Upon receipt of a signed copy of this Agreement, Hotelshall hold the block of sleeping rooms noted above until the cutoff date, February 28, 2009. On March 1, 2009 all rooms remaining in your block will re-open for general sale. After this cut- off date, individual rooms for your attendees may then be reserved on a space availability basis at the contracted group rate.
RESERVATION PROCEDURE:
Reservations can be telephoned directly to the Hotel Reservation department: Central Reservations Office at (800) 558-3862.
In order to receive the preferred rates, for which you are contracting, telephone callers must identify their affiliation with Engineers Without Borders-USA.
Rates cannot be changed at check-in or checkout for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is made. Preferred rates and space in your block of rooms will be confirmed when the group name is given and prior to the group cutoff date.
DEPOSIT /GUARANTEE POLICY:
Reservations will only be accepted with a one-night's deposit or credit card guarantee provided at the time reservation is made. Reservations not canceled by 6:00 p.m. CST on day of scheduled arrival will be charged a penalty of quoted room rate for one (1) night plus tax. Guaranteed reservations will be held for the first night only, not for the entire length of stay.
Registered guests will be provided complimentary parking in the Hotel's parking area. The Hotel must approve any oversized vehicle parking requests in writing. |
